ORDERING:
You can order two different ways. The first way is by creating an account. Creating an account is the better option since it allows you to Log In as often as you like to catch up on Order Status, sign up for our Newsletter, or to have the ability to save the contents in your Shopping Cart for later. The second way is to order without Creating an Account. It is important to note that we NEVER release any personal information to anybody at anytime for any reason! We genuinely like our customers and don't want them being spammed. Back to ordering info. Okay, the next important thing to remember is to finish your transaction all the way through the Checkout process. That way we can get your order processing sooner.
PAYMENTS:
Kai Animation accepts payment by Credit Card through our Secure Server, Personal Checks, Cashier Checks, and Money Orders. Cash SHOULD NOT be sent through the mail. We cannot be responsible for lost cash sent through the mail.
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. The name on the credit card must match the name the issuing bank has on file for you as well as the address and phone number. Order must be shipped to the address where the credit card comes from. We do not tolerate credit card fraud. All fraudulent credit card orders will be reported.
Personal Check, Cashier's Check, and Money Orders: All Checks and Money Orders must be made out to "Kai Animation" and should be received by us within 7 days of your order. If payments on orders are not received within this time the orders will be canceled and items will be placed back on shelves to be purchased by other customers. However, we're all about taking care of our customers so if more time is needed to send payments, please E-mail us at sales@KaiAnimation.com. We usually are pretty flexible when it comes to this if you let us know what's going on. Personal Check orders do not ship until the check has cleared.

SHIPPING:
We use USPS to ship our orders. We have learned through experience that USPS Priority Mail is the least expensive way to get your orders quickly. Most orders take 1-3 days depending on where in the US you are located. If for any reason you would prefer your order to be shipped by a different carrier, please E-mail us for shipping rates and we'd be glad to send it out to you the way you choose.
All postage is calculated by weight. This is the most accurate way to calculate the postage charge without gouging our customers. Orders are packed very carefully with the use of peanuts, bubble wrap, and or paper depending on what the item is. We care about our items while they're here, we'd hate for you to receive them wrecked.
All orders placed by 4:00 P.M. PST will be sent out the same day providing payment has been made by credit card and items are in stock.
FREE SHIPPING OFFER:
We provide FREE SHIPPING to customers when their order total is $99.00 or more, before applicable taxes. If you have earned FREE SHIPPING then we will be shipping your order using USPS Priority Mail. The FREE SHIPPING offer only applies to items we have in stock at the time of order and must be sent to single U.S. shipping address. You will not receive FREE SHIPPING on your order if any in stock items are canceled, bringing the total below $99. If you return any items from an order that received FREE SHIPPING, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error. We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE SHIPPING at any time.
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:
DVD's, CD's, Action Figures, Figures, and Dolls may be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase only if unopened. All other products may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for returns address. We are not responsible for products damaged during shipping.
OUT OF STOCK POLICY:
- Although we try as hard as we can to keep our inventory up-to-date, our stock balances do fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks.
- Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.
- Some items are listed for sale on our website that have not been released from the manufacturer yet. We place these items on the website so that consumers may pre-order the items. Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. You may also request to be placed on a "notify list" and we will let you know when products are in-stock and available for delivery. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery.
