Mihoshi's brother, Misao, has come to Earth to pursue a mission that could cause ultimate destruction. Meanwhile, the gang learns that Misao's assistant has been harboring secret feelings for her boss, and Mihoshi's determined to see them find happiness together at any cost. Unfortunately, happiness is put on hold when the warrior Z emerges from the shadows to kill Tenchi and claim his place as the sole ruler of the universe.
